Payment Methods:

Bienenprodukte Meier offers you the following payment options:

1) Prepayment (via bank transfer)
After placing your order, you will receive our account details for payment in advance by email. With this you can make the payment via bank or post. You can also directly use the QR code listed here.

2) Invoice
As an existing customer, you can also pay by invoice (CHF). This requires at least one booked payment via Prepayment. We grant a credit period of 14 days from the invoice date. Please note that if you have an outstanding invoice, we will not be able to ship any further orders on account. We ask that you settle your previous invoice promptly so that we can process your new order as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding. You can also directly use the QR code listed here.​​​​​​​


3) Credit card
You can also pay with common credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard or American Express. We are working with the payment service provider Stripe.
If you choose the «credit card» payment option, you will be automatically directed to Stripe after you have placed your order. There you can enter your credit card details and pay for the order. We will then process and send your order.

Your credit card number is not stored in the database of Bienenprodukte Meier.

4) PayPal
To pay with PayPal you need a PayPal account. You can use this to pay via deposited bank accounts or credit cards.
If you choose the «PayPal» payment option, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal after you have placed your order. There you can log in and pay for the order. After successful payment, we will then process and send your order.

Your PayPal login details are not stored in our database.

All order and payment data are transmitted with an encrypted SSL connection to protect against unauthorized access by third parties.

Shipping:
We deliver to customers with a delivery address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Due to the provisions on the protection of minors, alcoholic beverages are only delivered to the address of the customer (GTC Article 2). Therefore, the name of the customer address must match the name of the delivery address.

Your order will generally be dispatched by Swiss Post. The packaging and shipping costs are not included in the price. It is shown separately on the invoice and is generally CHF 11.50. For very large or heavy products, we have included an additional weight surcharge in the price of the product. For very large orders, we also allow ourselves to deliver the order directly through the Bienenprodukte Meier. Currently we deliver free of shipping costs from an order value of 100.-.
